By downloading, accessing, or using the Amerikano mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

Amerikano is a card game application intended solely for entertainment purposes. The App does not offer real money gambling or an opportunity to win real money or physical prizes based on gameplay.

Amerikano offers optional in-app purchases for "Draw Points," a virtual currency used for out-of-turn pickup actions during multiplayer games. Draw Points have no real-world monetary value.

• Draw Points cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services.
• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store. All sales are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Draw Points can also be earned for free by watching optional rewarded video advertisements.
• We reserve the right to modify the pricing or availability of Draw Points at any time.

You agree to use the App in a fair and respectful manner. Prohibited actions include:

All content within the Amerikano App, including card designs, animations, sound effects, UI designs, and source code, is the exclusive property of Amerikano and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the App.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amerikano shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

1. Your use of or inability to use the App;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party within the App;
3. Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data;
4. Any interruption or cessation of the service.

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or our website. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
