01 Who we are
Night Vision: Rat Hunt (“the game”) is published by Aktivito Bilgi ve Teknoloji Hiz. A.S., a company based in Türkiye (“we”, “us”). We are responsible, as data controller, for the personal information described in this policy.
This policy covers the game for iPhone and iPad, this website and our support. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
02 At a glance
The game has no accounts, no ads and no tracking, and it doesn’t send your gameplay to us. Your progress, records and settings stay on your device.
Apple handles every purchase, and we never receive your payment details. The game doesn’t ask for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos, and we don’t sell personal information.
03 Information we handle
In the game
The game runs offline. Your campaign progress, personal records (hunt time, accuracy, headshots and score) and settings are saved on your device only. We don’t receive them. They may be included in your device backups, which Apple manages.
Purchases
Full Game Unlock is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment and confirms to the game, on your device, whether you own the unlock. The game checks this with Apple, not with us. We receive sales reports from Apple that don’t identify you, and we never receive your name, Apple Account details or payment information.
Crash reports Apple may share
If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device settings, Apple shares crash reports and aggregated usage information with us. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements.
The game engine
The game is built with Unity. Unity Analytics, advertising and cloud diagnostics are disabled, and the game is not connected to Unity Cloud. This configuration disables Unity engine diagnostic data collection. We do not send your gameplay, device statistics or identifiers to Unity.
When you contact support
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you include, your message and any attachments. Please don’t send passwords or payment card details.
When you visit this website
Our hosting and network providers process technical information such as your IP address, browser details, the page requested and the time of the request, to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. These pages don’t use advertising or analytics cookies. Once the game is available, the App Store badge on these pages is loaded from Apple.
04 How and why we use it
To help you. We use support emails to answer your questions and fix problems. This is necessary to respond to your request and is in our legitimate interest in supporting the game.
To keep the game working. We use crash reports and usage information that Apple shares with your permission to find and fix problems.
To run this website. We use technical information to deliver pages and protect the site, based on our legitimate interest in a secure, reliable site.
To meet legal obligations. We keep financial records of sales and may use information to comply with the law or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We don’t use your information for advertising, build profiles about you, or sell it to anyone.
05 Service providers
We share information only with providers that help us run the game, and only as much as they need:
- Apple distributes the game, processes purchases, confirms ownership and, with your permission, shares crash reports, under Apple’s privacy policy.
- Unity Technologies provides the game engine, as described above.
- Google Workspace hosts our support mailbox.
- WP Engine and Cloudflare host and deliver this website.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect the rights, property or safety of our users or others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or similar business transfer, in which case this policy continues to apply to your information.
06 International transfers
We are based in Türkiye, and our service providers process information in the United States and other countries. These countries may not offer the same level of data protection as the country where you live. You can contact us to ask about the safeguards that apply to these transfers.
07 How long we keep it
Game data on your device stays until you delete the game, and in your device backups until you remove them.
Support emails are kept as long as needed to handle your request, follow up and meet legal obligations.
Crash reports that Apple shares are kept only as long as we need them to fix the problem.
Website logs are kept for a limited period set by our hosting providers and then deleted automatically.
Sales records are kept for as long as accounting and tax law requires.
08 Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, including under Türkiye’s Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and the EU and UK GDPR, you may have the right to learn whether we process your information and receive a copy, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, withdraw consent, and learn which recipients receive it, including abroad.
Because the game has no account and doesn’t send us your gameplay, we usually hold no personal information about you unless you have emailed us. Deleting the game removes its data from your device.
For any request, email [email protected] with “Rat Hunt privacy” in the subject. We may need to verify that the information belongs to you, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law. You can also complain to your data protection authority. In Türkiye, that is the Personal Data Protection Authority.
09 Children
The game doesn’t collect personal information from anyone, including children, and shows no ads. Purchases are made through an Apple Account, and families can use Apple’s Ask to Buy to approve them. If a child has emailed us, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete that email, and we will once we have verified the request.
10 Security
We protect the information we hold, such as support emails, with access controls and encrypted connections. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.
11 Changes and contact
We will update this policy when the game or our information practices change and revise the date above. We will give notice of material changes in the game or on this page, as required by applicable law.
