01 About these terms
These terms are an agreement between you and Aktivito Bilgi ve Teknoloji Hiz. A.S., a company based in Türkiye that publishes Night Vision: Rat Hunt (“the game”, “we”, “us”). They apply to the game and this website. By downloading or playing the game, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game.
Your use of the game is also governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and App Store purchases are subject to the Apple Media Services terms. Our privacy policy explains how we handle information.
02 Playing the game
The game is for your personal entertainment. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must review and agree to these terms for you and is responsible for purchases made on your behalf.
03 Farm Foundation and Full Game Unlock
Farm Foundation is free to play and replay. Full Game Unlock is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that adds Storage Shed, Drainage Yard, Abandoned Workshop and Industrial Courtyard. It isn’t a subscription and doesn’t renew. The price is shown in the App Store, in your local currency, before you buy.
Locations still open in campaign order: clear one to open the next. Buying the unlock doesn’t skip that progress.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. To use the unlock on another device signed in to the same Apple Account, choose Restore Purchases in the game. Restoring a purchase doesn’t restore campaign progress.
Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies through Apple’s purchase support. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or consumer right you have by law.
04 Progress and saved data
Your progress, records and settings are saved on your device. We don’t store them, so we can’t restore them if you delete the game, reset your device or move to a new one without a backup.
Updates may add, change or rebalance content.
05 Licence and ownership
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the game on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s terms. The game, its locations, art, audio and software belong to us or our licensors, and some assets are used under third-party licences.
Unless the law allows it, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute or resell the game, or bypass its purchase or access controls. You’re welcome to share screenshots and videos of your own play.
06 Play responsibly
Night Vision: Rat Hunt is a work of fiction. It isn’t training or advice for using air guns, firearms or pest control. Follow the law and safety rules where you live.
The game’s night-vision optic uses grain, flickering lights, camera motion and firing flashes. A very small number of people may have seizures or discomfort when exposed to flashing lights or patterns. If you or anyone in your family has a history of seizures or epilepsy, speak to a doctor before playing. Stop playing and rest if you feel dizzy or unwell. You can lower grain and turn off camera motion in Settings, and taking regular breaks helps.
07 Availability and liability
We work to keep the game working and accurate, but we may update or change it. To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is”, and we don’t promise that it will always be error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the game. These terms don’t exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
08 Ending use
You can stop playing and delete the game at any time. We may stop offering, supporting or updating the game, as permitted by law.
09 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts available to you under those laws.
10 Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the game changes. We will post updates here with a revised date and, where required, give notice of material changes in the game or on this page before they take effect. If you keep playing after changes take effect, the updated terms apply.
