We are looking for a Senior Front-End developer to join our team that understands how to build custom websites from scratch using the latest technologies, clean concise code, with speed and scalability in mind. Our sites are reviewed by the team at Automattic who assist with code reviews, implementation, and more.
The right candidate would have come from a similar digital agency background and have managed and delivered complex technical website builds and located in Istanbul, Turkey.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Responsive Web Design, having used SASS, Gulp/Grunt
- Contributing to the growth of the wider development team
- Experience with GreenSock animation library preferred
- Experience with WordPress and Shopify platforms preferred
- Working alongside our UX, design and project management teams
- Contributing to our internal development & DevOps processes to improve quality and efficiency
- Contributing to our internal best practices and coding standards
- Technical planning and estimation around new projects
- Good understanding of git and version control
- Work with the team to diagnose and resolve backend bugs and support requests
